Thick & Thin: Process

Some process pics of page 8 in this new book I'm working on, illustrating "Thick vs Thin." Is it just me, or do everyone's concept sketches look like pictures drawn by a blinded toddler?

Page 3: Happy vs Upset

As one who's dropped a couple ice cream cones in her day, the concept for this one was a breeze. The full page is 9x9, mixed media. I'll be adding the words "happy" and "upset" later on, so stay tuned! 

And as usual, I apologize for the pitiful mobile picture. I'm still working on obtaining that dream scanner.....
